Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote the listings. Rana stood out as the best, her organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on T site easily), her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings.

Rana spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sells, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house was not in her premises of her activities. Rana made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing we were blown away. Rana's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer.

I've recommended Rana Khanjani to everyone I know. She is truly professional. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Rana was outstanding. You can find people that are professional and you can people who are friendly and you find people who care. But, to get have all 3 of those characteristics is rare. Rana is one of those rare people who has all 3. Rana is a pleasure to work with. Yes she got the job done and boy did she but, she also became a friend. All the necessary work needed to be done, were done on time and professionally. She is resourceful, knowledgeable, and well experienced; in first meeting she went through the process and explained all the details and timelines. And during the transaction process, everything happened in the same order as she explained! Just trust her in all aspects of your transaction.
