Our commitment

Rana Real Estate wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website to learn about our services, view listings and contact Rana. We work to make the site accessible and follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our goal.

What we have done

  • Every page has a clear title, one main heading and a logical heading order.
  • Images that carry information have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • All form fields, including the contact form and search, have labels.
  • The site can be used with a keyboard, has a “skip to content” link and shows where keyboard focus is.
  • Pages set their language (English or Farsi), and Farsi pages read right to left.
  • Text can be zoomed to 200% and the layout adjusts to phones and tablets.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses are shown as text so they can be copied.

Known limitations

  • Some older blog articles and listing descriptions come from outside sources (such as the MLS) and may not fully meet our goal yet. We review and update them over time.
  • Links to other websites, such as Google, Zillow or the MLS, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

Ongoing work

We test the site with automated tools and by hand, and we fix problems as we find them. We review this statement at least once a year.
