Who we are

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you call or email, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and property details.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how. It sets cookies and records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and clicks on phone and email links. We do not use advertising cookies, and Google signals is turned off.
• Your cookie choice. A banner asks you to accept or reject analytics cookies, and you can change your choice anytime with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland have analytics off until they accept. Elsewhere analytics runs unless you reject it, opt out, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months.

How we use it

We use information to answer your questions, provide real estate services you request, improve this website and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help run this website (such as hosting and Google Analytics) and, when you ask us to, with parties to a transaction such as lenders, escrow and title companies. Under California law, some analytics data sharing can count as "sharing." You can opt out at any time on the Do Not Sell or Share page, and this site honors Global Privacy Control signals.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may request to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold about them, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including real estate record-keeping rules. The site is served over HTTPS and does not store form data or accounts.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
