Talk to Rana about selling

Questions from investors and builders

What is an off-market RTI project?

It is a ready-to-issue development project that is offered privately to selected buyers instead of being listed publicly on the MLS, or before it is listed. Sellers often choose this when they want a quiet sale or a quick one.

Does it cost anything to join the list?

No. There is no charge to join. Rana is a licensed REALTOR® with Sync Brokerage (DRE #02021891), and any purchase follows a normal written agreement.

What kinds of RTI projects does Rana work with?

Multifamily and townhome projects with approved plans, including ED1 (100% affordable), TOC, SB 8 and AB 2345 projects, from four-unit sites to buildings with more than 80 units.

Which areas does the list cover?

The City of Los Angeles and nearby areas. Rana’s recent RTI projects have been in Koreatown, Pico-Union, Mid-Wilshire and South Los Angeles.

Should I verify the plans and permits myself?

Yes. Every project should be checked independently, including permit status, plans, zoning, unit count, fees and development potential, before you make an offer.

Buyer to independently verify all information, including permit status, plans, zoning, unit count, square footage and development potential. Off-market availability depends on each seller. Information is from sources deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
